Parce que "moyen", ce n'est pas assez. Si un plat n'est pas wouah après la première bouchée, il ne sort pas de notre cuisine. On ne fait pas de discrimination dans l'assiette : Végétariens, amateurs de viande, ou accros aux mochi glacés...
